Everyone that we have dealt with, from the dining room staff, to the maintenance staff, to the cleaning staff, to the nursing staff, to the administrative staff, has gone out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Everyone gives the impression that they enjoy working with seniors, and are anxious to establish a personal rapport with the residents.

I want to express my thanks to the staff for their gracious attention to my guests at luncheon, last Thursday. Entertaining my family is very important to me, and they made it easy and pleasurable. Thanks also to the kitchen staff for a delicious luncheon – much enjoyed and appreciated.



I would like to commend a member of your maintenance staff. He is very efficient, but what is very important, he has the convenience of the resident in consideration. He has done some work for me and I am very grateful. Many Residents have made favourable comments about him.

Just a note to thank you all for making R’s stay at the Grenadier the absolute best! I certainly appreciate all the extra kindness to R & myself given by all the staff.

I would like to nominate A and C for a medal for their exceptional good deeds to me over the years. They are co-operative about anything I have to go to the desk for. So, for example, they unhesitatingly listen to all I have to ask of them. They help me with many important things every day, big and small – they’ve never been impatient with me. I would be very happy to know that they feel appreciated in a personal way.


Our recreational staff are wonderful. They research information and offer us lots of quizzes or interesting facts. The exercises they present with the elastic bands are marvelous. We are very lucky to have such talented, kind and helpful girls.
While all your executive staff are most helpful I really wish to mention the kindness, cheerfulness and help received so frequently from many of the staff. None of these folks could do better – I thank you very much.
